Ineffective even though they guarantee to eliminate pests. When I tried holding them to their guarantee, their manager Sandy was really really nasty and rude to me. She threatened to sick a collection agent on me. Some guarantee! Another manager named Chris hung up on me! And I was being patient and polite! Wow guys! You really know how to treat a customer!
