I am very happy with my apartment. Management is very polite and professional. We love Nursen and Ephraim. I lived in many places but never had such amazing people in the office that actually cares for their tenants.
Terrible. Kids running all around the building causing unnecessary noise. Alot of pitbulls for a complex with breed restrictions. Saw one running loose around the building peeing on stairs. Had to do alot of my own maintenance. So far not a good experience.
I had same experience with person commenting below. If you dont want headache from the start, i would stay away.
I was very interested and even submitted an application. But each person I spoke with, gave me a different quote for the one bedroom. First person said they were running a special, deposit is $0 and you just pay first month's rent of $1,575. Second person said it's $300 deposit, rent is $1,575 and you get $100 discount for 12 months. Third person said it's $1,500 for the one bedroom, $100 monthly discount, and $300 deposit. Due to this back and forth and not knowing who to believe, I lost all interest.
Shout out to Nursen, Ephraim and the entire Silverstone Properties Team. I am amazed at how efficient their response is to each and every one of our needs.
