Luv them!! The guys who came in and did the work(George nad Kevin) were AWESOME!! I would recommend them, they have great guys working for them and the office people were very good too with helping us with our A/C, heater and hot water heater.
Matthew E arrived to service our ac early in the time designated. He introduced himself and explained a couple of things he was going to do to insure we didn't have any issues with water leakage. He took time to make sure the unit was functioning properly before he left. We are long-time customers of Laury Heating and lifelong friends. Always recommend you.

We called Laury Heating, Cooling & Pluming this morning, and they sent someone to service our air conditioning the same day. Tyler, the technician, was very knowledgable, courteous and efficient.
As far as the service and tech, Dana, I'd give it 5 stars. I called Saturday night around 9pm and Dana arrived at 10am Sunday morning. He quickly diagnosed my AC with a bad capacitor, replaced it, tested the system and was on his way. I held back one star for reliability of the system. My HVAC was completely replaced in January of 2013. My father's was replaced around the same time and had the exact same part fail. I do have 10 years parts and labor on the AC so I'm not worried about it right now. But my previous unit, which... read more
