Called Laury to fix a leaking main water shutoff valve, they were able to send a tech on the day I was available to be home. Their tech Jeff arrived early and did a great job making the repairs. The next time I need plumbing work done I will definitely request they send Jeff. Thanks for the good work.
This is my first time dealing with Laury. Dana was my service person. Polite, friendly and thorough. I have been without heat now for 3 days as a part needed to be ordered and will not be in until Friday. I cannot give a complete review until I have heat.
Sam Johnston came out to install a new well pump/motor. He was professional in the install. Everything was checked ;no mess to clean up and it looks great. He also balanced the tank pressure and did a few test runs to be sure everything worked properly. Very satisfied !
We had a problem with our heat pump. The problem was solved in a professional manner. The technician was polite and friendly, he even put up with our dogs.We have dealt with Laury Heating for more than 30 years and have always been satisfied.
They came out on my birthday. I had no water and was dealing with American Home Shield who were suppose to find me a contractor to do the work. They couldn't locate one in my area. So I called Laury's . Jeff J. and Josh P.were very patient working along with me and AHS to get the job done. Thank you guys for the excellent work!
On the coldest day so far this season; I got home from work to discover the heater was broken. Called Laury Heating and had a serviceman at my house within an hour or so...Mr. Dana very quickly figured out the problem and worked on it until it was back up and running...The service was outstanding and I cant complain about the cost considering it was an evening emergency call...I found my new Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing service...
This young man who came to our house to service our gas heating system was very respectable and very knowledgeable. His work ethics show how good of a company he works for. We look forward to continue to use Laury heating and cooling for any other services that we may need. I would highly recommend them.
