Dana was very professional and was able to quickly solve my heater problem and fix another couple of issues that he saw. I would definitely recommend Laurys and Dana.
Dana West provided excellent professional service. He located the problem very quickly with our heater and was able to make a quick fix until a new part could be ordered. I can tell he cares about his customers. If I could, I would request for Dana to handle all our maintenance and service repairs.

The service person, Dana, patiently and diligently worked relentless trying to solve the problem. He thoroughly explained things as he went along. He was professional, personable, and prompt . Dana was excellent and, he, I would give five stars to for his knowledge and work.

Called at 9:30 pm on Friday night. Dana arrived in about an hour. Within 30 minutes he had the problem diagnosed and the system up and running. Very neat and professional. I wouldn't hesitate retaining his services again. Top-notch!
Dana was very professional!!...He brought the part that was faulty, but, no one told him to bring a new humidifier pad with him to replace the one that was destroyed!!....Not his fault!!....The 4 star is because I now have to go to the store and pick up a Humidifier Pad!!....Dana was still very professional about the whole ordeal!!....
