Dana came out late in the evening when our central air quit on a very hot day. He knew exactly what the problem was (a faulty capacitor) backed it up with one he had on his truck and had us up and running in less than 15 minutes. This tech is a gem!
Dana was very professional when replacing a blower on my heater. The technicians at Laura always are. Nice job again.
Dana came out promptly found problem quickly and repaired neatly. Was neat clean and had ac working quickly.
We arrived home from vacation to find we had no heat. Contacted Laury and they had Dana here within 2 hours. He immediately fixed the problem by rebooting the system. After several hours it didn’t seem to us that we were getting heat. Called Laury again. Dana called back, walked my husband through some instructions over the phone, then he came back again to the house to check on the heat. Great service from Dana. We have had Laury for several years now and have always received excellent service. Thank you Laury and Dana.
