I was waiting on nurse practitioner to come back and do the shot in my trigger finger when dr.B walked in and said how he got stuck doing this because NP was in another room. This shot consist of two different shots one numbing and one the medicine. The numbing is very important, but in this case, the dog did not want to take any more time evidently so as soon as he was done with the numbing medicine, he started right away on the shot. It was not a pretty picture and I will not ever go back. The pain was excruciating.
Dr Brenner was prompt, the minor office procedure was painless and the whole experience was great- highly recommend!!
After having a horribly traumatic experience with another hand doctor at a different facility, I was terrified to get another injection. Dr Brenner and his staff were very patient with me and worked to allay my fears. Dr Brenner has a wonderful bedside manner and I would be happy to see him again if they need arises. Thank you!
