So sad she left Primary Care. Lauren Jones is the best NP around. Very thorough, kind, and welcoming. I always feel listened to, and I will go out of my way to see her at her Urgent care! 5/5 will always recommend!

Lauren couldn't be more attentive to my request and needs, she listens to what I have to say, then we discuss all my options, and then decide as a team the best treatments to address my problems, I can't say enough of how professional and civil she is, Lauren is a true asset to the St.E system.
My first visit with Lauren Jones APNP was great. She answered all my questions, did a physical exam beyond just listening to my heart and lungs and took time to listen to my concerns and make recommendations based on those questions.
