While Dr. Ng is a pleasant and polite doctor, my last visit was extremely disappointing. The appointment felt rushed, and I was told I needed an additional ultrasound, so I returned for what turned out to be a very basic scan. After the ultrasound, I had to ask twice if Dr. Ng would go over the results. She finally came out into the hallway and quickly said everything was fine—completely unprofessional and dismissive. The staff and Dr. Lauren Ng was very friendly and attentive during the appointment. Very smooth process from scheduling until the appointment was done. 100% recommend !!
My overall experience with this office was not great. I would definitely not recommend this location! Dr. Lauren Ng was overall ok and decided to use another location because I did not feel confident with her level of knowledge. After the appointment, I had to reach out to the office to get my test results because they forgot to upload my blood work results.
