5 years ago I had pylonephritis & hydronephrosis & was hospitalized. I began getting close to being septic around midnight. Dr. Z wheeled my hospital bed down to the operating theatre himself when there was nobody to transport me. He was kind, reassuring, & professional, plus he made jokes on our way. I’m now having urinary issues 5 years later & MGH was fumbling! He fit me in the very day I called & took care of me. My primary care is at MGH, so I wasted a month with their urology department. Dr Lubin is such a wonderful care giver. She takes the time to listen and support our family however possible.
Dr. Lubin gives the personal, attentive care you see in movies and TV shows, but regularly in real life. I feel like she truly cares about my family and their health.
Dr Lubin has been a great Doctor to both my kids, always attentive, excellent bedside manners, remembers past visits and past questions/concerns. We are extremely pleased with her and highly recommend her to others.
