Dr. Shoemaker employs unprofessional office staff and definitely looses patients over it. Prior to seeing her I only heard about negative experiences here but I had faith that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I tried calling to cancel appointment but could not get anyone to answer. The lady told me she didn't know if the technician were going to charge me or not. Charge me for what? I tried to cancel the appointment. I have IBS and I had diarrhea. I couldn't go anywhere having this problem. I am looking for another doctor. Do not go to this place
Having not been to a gyn I was looking to establish with a new doctor and thought a female doctor might be a good change. Her office does not do OB so I figured the clients may be older (like I am) and services more focused on menopause. First my appointment was scheduled 3 months out and I could only get in that soon because I agreed to a PA. Love Dr. Lubin and her medical team. They are always very responsive and tentative to our child's care needs.
I met Dr Pan at the hospital following a stroke. She was very efficient and organized. She was in my room every day as scheduled and answered all of my questions. I have seen her once in her office and she was very efficient. Her staff is friendly and helpful.
