Hands down, he's the best neurologist out there. Hands down, he has the worst staff out there. Non-responsive, belittling, and rude. I've been a patient for many years, and I've put up with it because he's that good. However, it's just not worth the aggravation anymore.

The experience with Dr Lubin was very positive and she had a wonderful personality. We were very appreciative of the time she spent answering our questions and making sure we were comfortable before we left.
He is thorough and he give you a list of what needs to be done and helps you make a game plan so you don't have to get it all done at once if possible. He tells me what is the most urgent problem and we work on that and then I have time to save so we can work on the next one. I highly recommend him and his crew
Dr Lubin is wonderful and very thorough
My sister in law had an appointment with his practice 3 weeks ago. They ordered an MRI. Told her she needed prior authorization. She waited to weeks. Nothing. Calls them back. Finally gets someone on the phone (after multiple messages). “You don’t need a prior authorization”. Finally gets the MRI. Calling for an explanation of the results…you guessed it! Nothing. Wasn’t Dr Bromley but his name is on the door!
My care provider does an excellent job at helping me to understand things and make sure I am in good health.
Dr. Lubin and staff are knowledgeable and professional.
