Dr Irmens office canceled my appointment 2 hours before because 'I did not confirm my appointment'. Well, I confirmed my appointment when I made it. If i wanted to cancel my appointment, I would have been an adult and called and cancelled. Poor customer service, will never be going back due to this 'new policy'.Â
Dr Lubin was recommended to me by my very good friend. Dr Lubin is a great doctor we were very pleased with her and handling our baby. She was very pleasant, listened to us, and provided helpful information. We recommend her extremely and are grateful we got her as our daughters doctor!Â
