Verified Renter As a person that has been a resident for over 7 years, I am very disappointed in the way this place as declined Post Covid-19. Since greystar has taken over the communication to the residents, level of professionalism and accountability is extremely poor. And no, this has nothing to do with the rental increase (thought it would’ve been helpful to know ahead of time I would be no longer receiving my military discount). Awful Staff is rude all the time. Didn’t care at all when I would email or call about security issues just to tell me that they don’t have security at all. Just someone at the gate who isn’t even there during the day just at night. For as much as you pay and the “luxury” aspect there should be a security team at the very least. If I wouldn’t have been moving from another state and had the ability to find somewhere else I would have. Unless you have no other options don’t waste your time and money here.
Noisy If you're in a lower level expect a lot of noise. Clunking around and slamming doors. Old windows. Cold air blows in during winter. Bugs. Ants and pill bugs and spiders. They charge way too much for what you get. Maintenance is ok. Except they never call before they come over even if you ask them to.
Bed bugs I cannot believe the prices on this place have gone up. It has bed bugs & will cost you a ton in the long run. Management is terrible & I had to demand they get me a hotel while the place was heat treated. Avoid it like the plague.

Marijan selitaj This place is amazing very clean maintained really well. I enjoyed my time here for 2 years i never had a problem staff is very friendly and there when you need anything . Thumbs up ?? to laurel valley apartments and to all the DART properties .
