I lived at Laurel Valley from 2020 til 2026 I stayed so long because taking time to find an apartment and working night shift was difficult to say the least! I look at the apartment for the first time it was $1090 came back a week later and they said it went up to $1313 in one week… but I still signed a lease, I left this July 2026 rent kept sky rocketing!!
