MAINTENANCE TEAM IS FANTASTIC We have lived at Laurel Valley Apartments since May. We have had a couple of times we have had to call maintenance and they have been polite, knowledgeable and on the spot. They are wonderful!! The apartments themselves are quiet, we don't hear a lot of noise from neighbors and everyone is very friendly!!

I Love Living Here! I love it here! Over the past few years, I have lived in four different apartments, and this one is by far the best. After six months of living here, I have loads of great things to say and very minimal complaints. The staff is so friendly and helpful, it is quiet, there is covered parking, the security deposit wasn't atrocious, I have only had good experiences with maintenance and leasing staff, the community events are thoughtful, the apartments themselves are nice for the cost, and it is pet-friendly. ... read more
Love Laurel Valley! My partner and I have been living here for about 6 months and have nearly no complaints! The complex and apartments are quiet and cozy, the management is incredibly friendly, and it also happened to be the most affordable option on our list! Great Place to Live! I’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartments are clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff is always kind and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Overall, a very comfortable place to call home!

Highly recommend Green, quiet, secure, lovely management and neighbors! 2 open pools, a small gym, basketball and tennis courts, a barbecue place... You have your assigned parking place, each apartment has its own entrance, you either have a balcony or a patio (both are nice), and you have in-unit laundry machine. Maintenance request is easy and they are very responsive.
