Verified Renter Completely overpriced for what you get. The only good thing about living here is the quiet. But it is wildly overpriced for cheap finishes small spaces and storage that you have to pay for! Oh and valet trash that you won’t use but you’re forced to pay for it anyways! And a security gate that’s always up…so not sure what the purpose of even having it…
