Verified Renter Laurel valley is a great place to live in. I have been living here for several years and I love my apartment. I feel very safe here. Love having a fitness center to exercise in and it’s always clean and machines are in good condition.

STAY AWAY I have been a resident since last 3 years. Things had been pretty good when they had another management (Grey Star). Since the new management joined, this is the most awful community in the region. The management is greedy for money, they will Tow your vehicle anytime, can increase rent and try to subjugate you through the complex contracts. Moreover there is no bugs service/carpet cleaning/airconditioning maintenance unless you pay them. Please don't join here, you can thank me later. Nab
