Staff is always friendly and thorough with the appointment. Work and fitting area always clean and there are always snacks and beverages for you while you wait.

I think they are ate well intentioned , but I’m still not left with a car that’s fixed after several visits and lots of dollars .

Frank was very good at diagnosing the problems. Offering a loaner car. My experience with frank and Bennett has been very positive.
The lug nuts were not tightened. The ride was rough. I had to return to the service place to get them tightened. Why would Hyundai risk my safety? I would like a discount on my next repair there. Thanks!
