I had an issue with my water pump while visiting some friends in Columbus, MT. They let us change appointments so we could get the truck in and fixed. They did good work and were willing to work with us.

Called a week ahead of time to schedule an appointment for my door handle not working from the inside. Said it would take about 2 hours. Went to pick up my vehicle when it was done, didn't bother to tell me they didn't have the door part and had to order. Found out by going out to my vehicle and tried to open the door and nothing. Just bought my 2017 Ford Escape from Laurel Ford. I was very happy with the way I was treated. Jeremy was amazing and very patient with me. I would definitely recommend them. And I LOVE my new car!
All was good but very awkward sales experience. Played "it's a small world" song and some sort of dog and pony show. Would not go back or would find a way to meet off lot if I purchased another vehicle there.
Absolutely best experience ever!! I live in Sidney, MT and was able to do 90% of the work from there and then came down to pick up my new pickup. Misrepresented the truck they sold us. We wanted a truck that could pull a 32' camper trailer and we leased the one that they assured us had the horsepower to do that. When we found out that it did not have enough horsepower and brought it to their attention, they did nothing for us.
