Not a great experience. They said they could not give us the $1,000 cash back that was advertised because they were “out of those vouchers.” They offered us an insulting amount for our trade in and said “We’d have to put new tires on it.” (The tires only had 5,000 miles on them). Our salesmen passed us off to someone else about 75% of the way through the process so we had to repeat ourselves to the new guy. The process took almost 5 hours. It was ridiculous. We are in the process right now if purchasing a new F-150! Mike Eaton has been phenomenal to work with! We have done everything from a distance so that when we drive up there I can test drive my new truck, sign papers and head home! Mike, Thank You for being so patient and wonderful to work with! I have an old ‘88 ford diesel. A couple months ago I went in looking The manager decided to take my ford for test drive as a possible trade in, wanted to take off with out me in it, I didn’t allow that. He decided to throw my OLD pickup into 4wd going 30mph without pulling over. (I forgot I didn’t put my front drive shaft back in after doing some work to it - thank god) If it was actually in, he would’ve blown up my u joints and destroyed my truck’s drive line.
