Took vehicle to Laurel Ford for an transmission flush. Had already pulled vehicle codes. Ford refused to do the flush because they werent sure it would help. They would only offer to replace the transmission. We went to pick it up and they try to charge us $115.00 for looking at it and doing nothing. Then the service rep. Tom has the balls to call us liars about what we asked them to do. They have taken subpar service to a new low. Avoid this company at all costs.
I can't believe how rude the service manager wad to my daughter when she took her vehicle for repair. They need customers service training
Best experience possible. These guys went out of their way to get our deal done. Thanks for staying late it was greatly appreciated. My advice is to stop by Laurel Ford before going into Billings. You won't be disappointed!!!!!!!
My husband and I just had a fantastic car buying experience at Laurel Ford! Scot Stokes went above and beyond to get us a vehicle that fit our needs. I am a big girl and needed a vehicle I could travel in comfortably.....and Scot found us just that! We went in to look for a 1st pickup for my son and the salesman Joe was awesome! He talked to him about what it was he wanted with no pressure to talk him into anything different. He kept to my sons budget and didn't try to talk me (the parent) into something different. However the office staff needs a little bit better efficiency. He paid cash for it and the title didn't arrive to our courthouse until after the fees were due. It's been a year and we still don't have the door key code or spare set of keys that were promised.... read more
