I called Laurel Ford at the begginning of the month. I gave them strict guidelines, and refused to look at vehicles before I knew we were going to reach numbers that were realistic for me. Mike Eaton was quick to work through the entire process with me.There was a few hiccups with my current vehicle, and the GM Eric took time to personally work through my deal. Had a great experience with Mike Salmans at Laurel Ford. I totaled my truck and immediately after the insurance company totaled it out, I started looking for a new truck. Within 24 hours, we had a vehicle! He found the vehicle I was looking for, at a great price. He walked us through the application and financing process, and had paperwork ready very quickly. I brought my mom to Laurel Ford to purchase a pickup and couldn't have been more impressed with the professional courtesy shown to us by Mike Salmans! Mom was very nervous and he walked her through everything slowly and made sure she was confident and understood the decisions she was making. If the time comes for another new vehicle we'll be back to Laurel Ford!
