Wonderful place to buy a car from. There was no pressure and everyone was so friendly. They did everything they could to get me into the car that I wanted, even with all the covid-19 stuff that is happening. Horrible communication skills a around. I submitted credit app for new vehicle at the Jeep store. After the initial conversation on day 1 I was told I'd recieve a call back same or next day. 4 days later recieved a call saying more info was needed. I called and left voicemail with info. followed up with 1 additional voicemail and a call to the receptionist who left a note on the salespersons desk. We purchased a 2018 Explorer + about a month later purchased a 2019 Ram. Corey [Walt] did everything he possibly could to get us in the vehicles we wanted + as close to our budget as possible! We had some minor setbacks with purchasing the Explorer + major setbacks with purchasing the Ram, but Laurel Auto Group made it right! Corey + the guys went out of their way to make sure the issues were resolved. We LOVE our new vehicles + would absolutely recommend Laurel Auto Group!
Purchasing a vehicle from salesman Rick Sayne was a great experience! He works for you, the customer.... to insure that you are getting the vehicle you want at the best possible price! Matt Smith is an owner who you can tell truly cares about his customers, and will do anything he can do to make sure you are happy with the deal that was offered to you!! Not giving Laurel Auto Group a chance to earn your business is something you will regret!

Bought my first car here and love it and had a great salesperson (Cody Custer) and I also had a great experience with the collision center they fixed my car so quick! My only complaint is when I bought my car the inside wasn't cleaned, so I have to pay to get it detailed, but other than that they are awesome!
