I’m 71 years old and have been a patient of Dr. Laura Bowshier for several years. I quit smoking nearly 9 years ago, and thanks to Dr. Bowshier’s consistent encouragement, I began taking advantage of the annual lung CT scans covered by Medicare.This year, one of those scans caught a small spot on my lung that hadn’t been there before. She is the best Doctor I have had the pleasure of being my physician. Her bedside manner is spot on, she is very thorough but yet very good about explaining things. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking a great Doctor.
I am honestly shocked to see some of these negative reviews. I think people must have her mistaken for some other doctor. Her bedside manner is fantastic, and she always takes her time and leaves no stone unturned. I feel like she cares about me and I completely trust her to talk to, without feeling judged. I feel so lucky to have Dr. Bowshier as my primary doctor! Highly recommend her!
Terrible experience! Went in for wrist and hand pain. No x-rays to explain the wrist pain, could have fracture? She had no clue the cause of pain in hand , I know but can’t do anything about it till I see orthopedic Dr end of month. So I wait in pain 15 more days. What’s a waste of a co pay!! And gas to get there. I won’t darken there doors ever again!
Dr. Bowshier made me feel rushed, and hurried out before she'd let me ask questions. Not very friendly.
Dr. Bowshier is very intelligent and really cares about helping her patients. She takes the time to listen and ask questions and really understand what's going on. I highly recommend her and I'm very thankful I have her as my primary doctor.
Excellent. Really listens to your concerns. Very detailed in examinations and never feels rushed. Always able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time.
