I have always had excellent service. It is obvious your team cares about my dental health. They offer suggestions on care and products. They also demonstrate flossing techniques. All of which help me further improve the care of my teeth.
First & foremost Britney (sp?) & Dr. Baucom were great. The following is tongue-in-cheek but these are two services I could live without: 1) The numerous text messages, phone calls & letter reminders. I get it people, you desperately wanted me to make an appointment. As i mentioned during my visit, anyone know the stalking laws in NC? & 2) When receiving a "personalized" e-mail from Dr. Wellener that begins "It was great to see you at your last appointment" it may be a bit more more credible if she was actually there that da... read more
