I already mentioned this to Gina, but there was some confusion upon my arrival. I was greeted by a new person, and I thought she'd checked me in (1 was 5 minutes early). ~8 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, Gina came for me and said she'd been waiting. She'd asked but had been told I hadn't arrived. Not an issue, since I know Gina brought it up to the receptionist before I left and she apologized for the mix up.

Dr. Carson and Brittany were both very good. Brittany is the one I want to always clean my teeth. This was my first time with Dr. Carson, and I liked her very much. Both were very professional and kept me updated. It was a good visit.
