I meat Theresa at an open house and knew immediately that she would be our realtor. She is warm, listens to your concerns and pays attention to details. She showed great interest in learning about what we wanted and needed in a new home and helped us find it. I highly recommend her!

I worked with Shep for many months to find what was a great buy for me. He was patient with me as I made him take me in circles around Tallahassee to look at potential homes. Once I found one I liked Shep moved Quickly to make sure I had my offer in. All in all a pleasant experience.

Working with Laura Kenney was a fabulous experience! She helped us purchase our first home. She was professional yet down to earth and was very encouraging during the entire process. If problems came up she handled them professionally and set our mind at ease whenever we were apprehensive. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful - even after closing. Laura was a breath of fresh air after an earlier less than desirable outcome. She was very responsive, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our every question (and there were lots) was answered.
