Adore this Hotel /Casino I received a courtesy call to confirm my stay Wednesday night before I arrived, loved the gesture. The check in staff was amazing, friendly and very pleasant. My room was beautiful with a river view. I love the TV in the bathroom mirror. The casino is always great and the staff professional. All in all I would and will recommend Lauberge to my family and friends. I'll be back next month. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

So this is the 3rd time I visit this casino. It's a great place and I've had a good time every time I went there. But yesterday something happened and I was really disappointed in the standards there and hope that with this message, things will operate a little differently.
