Checked in at 1 p.m. with my wife for Valentines Day today went to the front desk was not greeted said hello to or nothing. Told the front desk guy my name he simply ask me for my ID and credit card swipe my credit card. Handed me 2 keys and said I'm on the second floor that was all didn't tell me what room number I was or anything was totally lost and where to find my room. Mostly everybody else was nice.
I used to frequent this casino on a weekly basis, I would generally play at least 1-2x per week; however, after tonight's experience I highly doubt I will be back. I live in LOUISIANA where flip flops, sandals, and "toe thongs" are an essential part of anyone's wardrobe. In fact, most people wear flip flops on a daily basis!
