Absolutely completely opposite from the sister hotel in lake Charles. The front desk staff was practically yelling at another guest when we checked in which, whatever the issue is, should not have been done in front of families. While checking in, I specifically asked to make sure the room was charged to my business account and I was assured it was. I put a personal card for incidentals on hold. Come here after work I work nights I come at least 2 times a week I can never get a drink or even offered one I get my own drink at their fountain drink machine terrible service its 930 am and been here since 6am no drinks or maybe they don't serve beer in the morning I would gladly pay for one but nobody around to ask

I love this casino. They cater to you while visiting. The staff take that extra step to make sure you are having a great time. I personally enjoy the Roulette table the most. The dealers are fun and spunky. If you are looking for the best casino around, this is the cleanest and most fun casino to visit. Also the food is excellent. We checked in on a Friday for a medical conference. Friday night we tried to eat at 18 Steak house, it was terrible. The steaks were not cooked as we ordered them, the quality of the steak was definitely not worth the price. Our bill was 156.00 and we left hungry. We stopped at the bar next to the steak restaurant, ordered a screwdriver and the orange juice was spoiled. The bar tender tasted it and threw it out, made me another drink. He was very apologetic.
