We dont interact with the office much other than when we signed the lease. They gave us an amazing deal on our apartment. Our balcony view is awesome. If you can get an apartment facing in toward the lake, do it!
It’s hard to rate a residence a perfect 5 stars, that’s the only reason why I rated them 4 stars. It was a great first apartment for my boyfriend and I, the location is prime and just far enough away from the oceanfront madness. Anytime a maintenance call was made, they were responsive and caring. We lived here for 2 years and are leaving due to needing more outdoor space. Even though they are a little pricey, the complex backs it up tenfold.
I have had a great experience while living at Latitudes in Virginia Beach. The apartments are well maintained, the rent is reasonable, and the location can't be beat. All services requests have been completed within 24-48hrs and the office staff have been kind and welcoming. Latitudes is located in Hilltop which boasts great restaurants (Le Yaca/Bakers Crust), shopping (Walmart, Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, etc.), and is close to the beach! Love this complex! It’s in the Hilltop area, literally one street light away from the highway on-ramp, as well as tons of shopping and the recycling drop-off is about 3 stop lights away too. The renovated units are gorgeous! I’ve lived here for 3.5 years and transferred to a renovated unit, and I am so happy! Everything is beautiful, the appliances are updated and great! The staff is helpful and knowledgeable! Super super excited and content in my new unit �
I honestly feel like this apartment complex is the worse place to move in Virginia Beach. They have very poor inter- office communication and property management. The service and quality SUCKS. God forbid if your kitchen floods just like my boyfriends did after a month of being there they let the problem sit for a whole month. They wouldn't even let home move into another apartment being that it was still under 30 days. They claimed they fired their contractor but who does that in the middle of a job.
