This apartment is nothing like what’s advertised or promised. We moved in Nov 2019, no walk thru or anything. We’ve had nothing but excuses and attitude from the manager, Krystal. We had mold and fleas on day one and the AC will go out constantly. Here are some pics of our experience and screenshot of the conversation with the manager about our AC going out 3 times in about a month. I love everything about this apartment complex. The complex is quiet, the staff is friendly and quick to respond. The apartments are lovely, bright, spacious and just overall wonderful. Nothing but a great experience.
We used to live here back in the 90's before we were married. My wife had her own place, and I had mine. All was fantastic back then, and is actually even better today. When I found out we were going to be in the same building that I was in back then I was supervised totally. All of the staff is very on top of everything, yet so polite and friendly each time you meet them. Would not live any where else in the world, well maybe but you get the point. They do not care about the people that live in the community, they just want to hold the residents back from moving up for there profit.
I love living at Latitudes and am so happy I chose this place 2 years ago when I was looking all over Virginia Beach. I wake every morning to a beautiful sunrise with the sounds of fountains in the lake, awesome balcony view from the third floor, lots of space for walking my Frenchie, who loves coming home when we've been away, staff and maintenance are exceptional and quick to address any concerns. Plus, it feels safe. 5 STARS
I love living at Latitudes! The staff and maintenance crew are very friendly, the neighbors have been quiet and sweet, and we spend most days at the pool!
