Great communication with residents. I just left the meet and greet at the club house. I met all nice staff and residents. Since I am new to the area this was a great time for me to learn about the area and about upcoming renovations/improvements for the complex. Additionally, they are very proactive in their approach to preventing potentially negative issues for residents.
Complex is clean and well taken care of; residents friendly; management team is welcoming and easy to speak with.
Excellent location for shopping and dining. Attractive complex with many amenities.
#ILoveLatitudesApartments my husband and I moved to latitudes as newly weds and loved out apartment home! After moving out of town for two years we returned to Virginia Beach with a baby girl in tow and came back to live at Latitudes where we could make more memories as a family of three!!
I moved here from Maryland and never seen this community or never did a walk through before coming in. I entrusted in the reviews and staff to help me make my decision to my new place I call "home". I have been renting for about a month now and other than the jets because we live by the naval base, there are no noise. Everyone has been nice and accommodating. I love latitudes apartment. Staff is amazing and maintenance are the best. Always so caring and helpful. Very safe neighborhood!
I wouldn't recommend have been here for 2 1/2 years and the new owners suck.. they are raising rent by $300 no new upgrades to my apartment still things from the 70s. It's infested with spiders and your not even allowed to store your grill on your patio (even when you aren't using it) trash is always piling up.. they removed the tennis courts for no reason they were supposed to build a new one but never did...
