Thank you for a wonderful experience today when my daughter came to have her ears pierced. Everyone was so kind and patient with her and we had a really nice time. Our younger daughter is excited for her turn next!
Went to my appointment for the remount/restyle event and made to feel like a second class citizen. I took my jewelry and went elsewhere. Too bad too because initial discussion about design had me excited.
Carlie is amazing! I don't live in the EC area anymore and I only have one place in my area now that handles Pandora and they are not very customer friendly so I call the EC Laskers and Carlie gets me what I need and mails it to me!! Great service!!!!!!
Customer service is by far the best! I have not had one employee ever not gone beyond 100% to help myself or anyone with me leave extremely happy.

They don’t stand by their rings my husband bought my 25 year wedding anniversary ring from there and the one of the diamonds fell out should never happened, they don’t stand be hind it !! Pretty much tough luck!! I will never buy another piece of jewelry from there ever again....I found out they give a life time warranty to some customers and not others they don’t have to do anything, but apparently we were suppost to bring it in every six months !!
