We couldn't be happier with the service at Lasker Jewelers. They've been wonderful to my family and me for years. Everyone we've worked with has been friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and willing to spend time with you and teach you even if you know nothing about jewelry or diamonds. They're even happy to discuss things you might see at their competitors in the mall. Nicole Lasker was patient with me, really listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect ring! Rated ZERO! Absolutely DISGUSTED with the customer service at the Eau Claire, WI location. The employees have no knowledge about rings, sizing, or resizing, and if you would like anything done to your ring it will take no less than two weeks to have it done. Save yourself the headache, gas, and money and never go to this local jeweler who claims to care about their long time customer service in the Chippewa Valley, but in fact only cares about themselves and making a quick buck.
