Not pushy and great customer service!
Ashley and Pam were so helpful on deciding on engagement rings. Their knowledge was far more evident than some other competitors in the mall. I am delighted with the ring my fiancee picked!! Thank you girls for making the decision so easy for him...lol!!
I needed an actual, on-site jeweler to repair my earrings. I didn't want to chance them being "lost in the mail". They are absolutely great! My jewelry is repaired, and they don't charge much. I plan on buying all my jewelry from them.
I was looking for the perfect earring crawlers. Leah had me look online with her and found what I described to her. A week later she had them in the store for purchase ! Always find it, even if it’s not in the store. Thank you !!!
I brought my 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced at the eau Claire location. I was very apprehensive, But the ladies working were WONDERFUL. I cannot say enough good things. Above & beyond customer service all around!

We went to Lasker for my engagement ring and our wedding bands. We had just come into the store after having A HORRIBLE experience at Rogers and Holland's. Took my ring in to have it sized, they said about 2 weeks. It was done in 4 days. Very impressed. They did a wonderful job, and customer service was awesome.
Stopped in to look for replacement wedding bands. They were kind, helpful, and did not try to upsell us. Got beautiful bands for our vow renewal ceremony. And they came in almost a week early! Thank you!
