I bought a wedding band at the Lasker Jewelers in Eau Claire. When it arrived I was in the middle of moving due to COVID and they were only doing curbside pickup. I threw it in a box and kind of forgot about it until I started unpacking. I soon realized it was the wrong ring and didn’t match my engagement ring like planned. I went to the store early on Christmas Eve to buy a small gift for my wife. I was helped right away and treated as if I was spending much much more. That's called passion! The staff is always helpful & friendly. I took my almost 20 year old wedding art in to be cleaned & checked on a busy Saturday (they were having a big estate jewelry sale not to mention it was the weekend before Mother’s Day The associate cleaned my ring & showed me that 3 of 4 stones were loose. I left it to be repaired. On the following Tuesday (yes, 3 days later) I received a call that my ring was ready for pickup.
