From the moment I walked in, Rose was so welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. Really wanted to get my lashes done by rose. from what iv seen in miami looks like she does the best. Reached out to her for some info a few days back & she never got back to me. So i called this morning, she answered the phone - very Unenthusiastically. I simple asked hey i would like to find out what kind of lashes you use & if they were synethic.
