Annoyed with Roesch Chrysler Jeep Dodge service Dept. Took my jeep in for recall. 1st time they said parts are not in and apologized, 2nd time I called checked made appointment to have recall fixed and once again they said parts are not in. 2 twice I waisted trip. Definitely do not have faith in there service. They are lucky I like my jeep. But if need to have work done will take to place I trust.
I had an excellent experience here. As a first time buyer I was very unsure of what I wanted, but Brad Miller our salesman was so welcoming and informative. After going to a few other dealers I returned to Roesch because I felt comfortable that they were able to give me the best deal! Thanks again.
