From the second we walked in the door the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had my mind set on one car, but after test driving it wasn’t in love, so Sean W. Searched for another and I loved it. He was so accommodating and helped us get as close to our budget as possible. There was no added pressure or anything and our entire experience with him was so comforting. Would definitely recommend others to come here, especially working with Sean.
We had a great experience working with Arthur Pytka at Roesch CJDR. He took the time to get to know our needs and put us in a vehicle that fit both our budget and lifestyle. Arthur was honest and not at all pushy. We will go back to Roesch for future car needs!

Service Dept needs work. The call takers are clueless and have no problem informing you that you probably will wait quite a long time for whatever warranty issue you have .... as minor as it may be . And they really do make you wait, without much of an update on what's going on. ALSO, This is the only large dealership I've ever dealt with that refuses to offer a loaner vehicle for warranty repairs that may take over 1-2 hours.
