I went in to purchase a Dodge Journey. Arthur Pytka was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure I left in the exact vehicle I was interested in. His customer service was great. It may have been a couple years ago I had my Jeep services at Larry Roesch and I felt a difference In Customer service. I’m thinking it may have been the same advisor Paul Weter since my encounter with him this visit was great. Paul’s customer service is awesome and I’ll consider returning because of his attentiveness.
Paul Weter (Service Adviser) and Eric (Mechanic) were great. Paul kept me updated on everything that was being done and if it would be covered under warranty. Eric came out and introduced himself and let me know he would take good care of my jeep. Very pleasant experience.
I am not one to complain, and this is my first response to any auto purchases I have ever made, but I feel it necessary to voice my opinion regarding this purchasing experience.
