Took Jeep in for service, service was dept was so so. Tried to give the coupon for 10% off listed on website and was told the whole order had to be rewritten and would take some time. It was dropped off Saturday morning, while it was sitting I asked a salesmen for an appraisal because I’m in the market for a new Jeep. He said he couldn’t find where they parked my Jeep but he would look later. Giving him the benefit of the doubt I called Monday to ask again about the appraisal. NOTHING was done! I needed to have an oil change, replace the passenger air filter, new wiper blades, and rotate the tires. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff and wrote me up very quickly. All my work was done in under 45 minutes from start to finish. The biggest thing is that my SUV was washed and it looked like a million bucks. Kudos to the service department at Roesch Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.
Great dealership, everyone was friendly and willing to assist you. I just closed a deal on a car and Joe the sale consultant was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I recommend this dealership to everyone who’s looking for a no hassle experience.
