Visited the dealership to have splash guards that I purchased from them installed. My tech Jeremy was fantastic! Treated me with respect and made me feel I was his main concern through the entire process. Other dealerships pale by comparison to Roesch.
Visited this dealership to have a wood grain steering wheel put in. Had to come back two more time because while they were installing the steering wheel the mechanic broke one of the steering wheel radio control buttons. They fixed it at no charge but was very inconvenient since I'm a stay at home mom and have to bring my 17 month old with me every time. Also, they advertise free wifi. Each time I was there it didn't work. I told them all three times I was there and did nothing about it....
I came in to look for one vehicle and my salesman Kevin Smoter steered me to one that more closely filled my needs. I have a new Chrysler Pacifica. Thanks Kevin!
Just bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Larry Roesch Jeep. Our salesman Louis Zaino Jr. was great. He was very attentive to what we were looking for and very comfortable to work with. There wasn't any pressure and he made the whole car buying experience enjoyable.
