I had an old 2000 Jetta with an engine light on. Some parts were not available to fix it because of its age. But Manny Diaz was extremely helpful and managed to get the needed repairs done. So many thanks to him! I must make one complaint however. I had a bumper sticker on the back Jetta bumper that said “Let People Vote.” Someone scrapped all the writing off the sticker leaving just an ugly mess. Took my car in for service. I was told I needed new tires. My tires have over 60% tread life left. They insisted my tires were cupped. I took the vehicle to a tire specialist to have my tires inspected and there was no cupping. I felt like I was trying to be upsold on new tires when I clearly don’t need them.
