RecommendedOur resent experience at Larry H. Miller and their best salesman. Very poor service for oil changes. They didn’t even wash my car nor vacuum from my last visit. Also one of my tire was low in air, I’ve asked them to check the air for me. Which of course they didn’t. I told them the light is still on as soon as I noticed that and he (the employee) told me I have to drive 10-15 miles for the light to turn off. I ended up going to big O to get it fixed. I will NOT recommend anyone to Larry H. Miller service in my life.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Larry H Miller Toyota in Murray, Utah. When we found it online and while we were working with sales and finance it was listed for $26,000. We let them know we would be down to complete the purchase on July 7, 2020 as we live in Wyoming (we put a deposit down so they knew we would be there). Rude, inconsiderate and demeaning
The last time I went in for service I was told that my Toyota Care package was no longer active and was charged $250 for the visit. Today, I am at Mark Miller and they pulled up my Toyota Care Plan which does not end until 2022 and saw that my precious service should have been covered. I guess the guys at Larry H Miller had some quotas to meet because they lied and made me pay for something that was already covered on my plan I already paid for. Long story: bought used Camry 2011 in 2014 from Larry H Miller Toyota. I was a sucker purchased also a ton of warranties, never used a one, now they are expired. I get regular oil changes and check ups with Larry H. Miller. Recently got 75,000 check up I was told need power steering pressure pump hose and two returning hoses replaced. Pressure hose leaking and one return hose leaking, and the well for the fluid was empty. Cost $1123.28. Something told me to get a second opinion.
