Hands down, their service dept. Yes, they get backed up once in a while and u may have to wait... BUT, I have to say, I have ALWAYS been treated with the utmost respect by John Rasmussen. Great guy. Honest and wont recommend anything that he doesn't deem necessary. I have worked with him now for several years and have brought all my cars to him. I dont trust easily as I have been screwed by dealership service depts... I trust John. One thing I will tell you for sure, he is honest, and one helluva nice guy...
I had a recall on my 4 Runner and they were very nice and got me scheduled and completed fast
