Nothing but regret. Our brand new 2020 Rav4, that only had 5 miles on it, is in the shop. We had it less than a week, and the check engine light has been on from the first night. We were sold a lemon, then treated terribly in the process. We've wasted time waiting in the lobby, and money taking Uber back-and-forth. My husband and I are so disappointed and upset with our experience here.
After getting my appointment confirmation for 9AM on a Saturday morning to get or passenger side mirror replaced. We showed up and was told the mirror was sold to someone else because we didn't prepay. I have been a Toyota owner for 30 years, I have never heard that service parts needs to be prepaid before the appointment. This is the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard. We drove 45 mins from Toyota to get this lame excuse. I hope to get the survey very soon about how you did!
they are the reason that people hate buying a car. shady shady management the only reason I bought the car there is because I did not want to wait 6 weeks for another to come in from Japan. now I wish I would have waited go to Mark Miller Toyota downtown so much better.
For over a month now I have been renegotiating the terms of a lease. This place will get you to sign a deal they KNOW you will not qualify for, then “renegotiate” the terms ultimately screwing you out of more money, justifying it via the fine print that they literally tell you “never happens so don’t worry” when you ask about it at the initial signing. had a horrible experience lying and decieving .just want to get you there and lie lie .this is very bad for the miller family. i know this is not the way larry wanted it.
