Had moved my 3 children one by one from Dr Roberto Villegas to the clinic as I liked the quick service, I am outside with my daughter as she has fever and throat pain, arrived at 8:35 and doors are closed, I called as I only see one person waiting in the lobby and “Janine” or some tells me that “depending on the patient flow as they only have one nurse practitioner they close a little early, as I said “ok, thank you” she replied with a “mmhmm”. Urgent Visit! I arrived at 11:15AM and was out by 1:15PM with bloodwork done, X-ray done, results immediately, prescription sent, and 2 shots in the bum! Very impressed with the service and results!
I was hoping this was going to be something like the fast friend service STAT but NO! After waiting for almost 2 hours with only 6 patients ahead, we decided to leave. Laredo health care needs some serious improvement.
Best and most convenient walk-in clinic in town with no scary/high-priced emergency room bill(s). The walk-in clinic staff, physicians, and nurse practitioners provide high quality health care in an excellent, clean facility; they are very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend--beyond 5 stars!
