Waited over an hour for an appointment. When mentioned to the front desk staff, they responded that this was a usual trend for this office. The receptionist seemed bothered by my comment and displayed rudeness and satire! This has actually happened twice at this office, so making an appointment is pointless. You will not get seen at your scheduled time but an hour later. I wish the office had better communication with the patients.
