First time getting a massage! Victor was great!
Liz is awesome! Love going to her for my skin care needs! She has gained a life long customer.
Great couples experience on short notice. Jasmine was terrific as were the two male therapists.
The massage with Vivian was amazing. Jennifer was very helpful and kind. I appreciate Jennifer going out of her way to explain the services.
Wonderful service in a peaceful setting. Victor gave an intense massage (as requested), very good. Liz had a nice energy and did more and better arm/hand massaging than I've ever had during a facial. All good. Front desk service attentive without being weird or uncomfortable. Very relaxing and personalized.

I have a membership. The staff is extraordinary. Vivian as my masseuse is terrific. I get the best ever facials from Liz. The front desk is always accommodating. Ambiance is soothing. The main issue is that it is way too warm in there to be wearing winter hot robes when it is 90% outside. The robes are yummy for cool fall and winter months, but not for Los Angeles heat waves. The spa is nice and staff were very attentive and professional. My only complaints are that it was too warm inside, both in the lobby and in the massage room. With the hot weather, the fireplace doesn't need to be on, although I know it helps create part of the ambience. My massage was ok, the massuese did good work on my back and neck but the rest of it left something to be desired. However I did not choose the type of massage and perhaps that was just the style. The total spa experience was delightful to the senses. The decor is tasteful, the service gracious, the watermelon/mint water was delicious, the robes luxurious and Vivian's (deep tissue sports) massage not only worked out some gnarly knots in my shoulder but left me blissfully relaxed. An after massage sauna made a perfect end to the experience.
